5. WhatsApp and Messaging Communications

Renova may communicate with users via WhatsApp, SMS, or similar encrypted messaging services to support onboarding, provide motivational updates, or send reminders.

  • Your name, phone number, and message content may be processed by WhatsApp Inc. (a Meta company), under its own Privacy Policy (www.whatsapp.com/privacy).

  • WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted; Renova cannot access message content after delivery.

  • Some metadata (delivery status, timestamps) is processed by WhatsApp to deliver the service.

  • You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or managing preferences in your account.

We will never send or request sensitive wellbeing or emotional data via WhatsApp without your explicit consent.

6. AI and Data Usage

Renova uses AI technology to enhance your experience:

  • AI chat responses are generated via third-party partners such as OpenAI and are processed securely in compliance with data protection laws.

  • Chat and check-in content may be anonymised and used internally to improve accuracy and insight quality.

  • Personal identifiers are never shared externally for model training.

  • AI is designed to support, not replace, human decision-making.
